Trying something new...

So I want to do crafts and my ward doesn't do them very often, so I am taking matters into my own hands. I am TRYING to get a group together to do a craft once a month. This is the best way for me to let all of you know since I don't have everyones email address. I've added a link to my new blog that was created just for my Girly Night Out! I am going to post a new craft every month so if you want to join with me and be girly, (I mean crafty) check out my new GNO blog! (in the right hand column under "my blogs")

Hardware Ranch

We went up to Hardware Ranch on Saturday. It was fun to go on a sleigh ride and see the elk up close. We went with Robert's family and had a picnic in a lodge after. Then to finish the canyon adventure we ended with sleigh riding in the mountains.

Yes! Payton is THIS attached to his binki that he has to sleigh ride with it!!!

My Weekly Meal Organizer

These are magnates I decorated with scrapbook paper and put on the front of my fridge. I am trying to save money, time, and stress with this.
I got tired of trying to put meals together with whatever we had around the house, so I am trying this new weekly meal organizer that I made. I have planned meals for 2 weeks and I will go grocery shopping for those 2 weeks. Now, instead of stressing all day what to have ready for dinner, I have it all planned out for 2 weeks. We'll see how it works...wish us luck!!!

A dirty trick

I read on a blog this baby poop remover trick.

Sprinkled a little bit over the stains, rubbed very gently for less than 10 seconds and the stains completely disappeared before your eyes!

MY 2009 GOALS

In no particular order:

Run in a race 5K, TOU half marathon

Read the BOM with Robert

Lose 25 lbs

Have enough money stashed away (aside from regular savings) for a Disney trip in November.

To NOT get pregnant:)

Attend the Temple at least once a month (Audrie, you may have to help watch my kids a few times for this one to be accomplished!)

Visiting Teaching = 100%

Get my photography business licence

For the most part, be caught up with scrapbooking

No rated R movies (yeah, we've slipped a few times) Now that we have kids it's easier to not watch them but there a few that are still tempting. We've been clean for months now but I can't say I didn't watch one in 2008:(

And...tell my kids everyday that I love them!!! (this one is the easiest)
